We Never Sell Your Data: We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.

4Blockchain Transparency

Important: Blockchain transactions are inherently public and permanent. This section explains what information becomes publicly visible when you use the Platform.

When you execute RFQs on BitNile Prediction Market, the following information is recorded on the public blockchain:

  • Your wallet address
  • Transaction amounts and timestamps
  • Position contracts held (ERC-1155 tokens)
  • RFQ executions and settlements
  • Market resolution evidence hashes (stored on IPFS)

While your wallet address is pseudonymous, it can potentially be linked to your identity through various means, including blockchain analysis or public associations you make.

We cannot delete or modify blockchain data. Once a transaction is confirmed on the blockchain, it is permanent and publicly accessible. This is a fundamental characteristic of blockchain technology, not a policy choice.

Off-chain data (such as your email address and detailed trading analytics) is stored privately and is subject to our data retention and deletion policies.

5Data Security

We implement comprehensive security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction:

Encryption

All data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.3. Sensitive data at rest is encrypted using AES-256.

Access Controls

Strict role-based access controls limit data access to authorized personnel only.

Monitoring

24/7 security monitoring, intrusion detection, and incident response procedures.

Audits

Regular third-party security audits and penetration testing of our systems.

While we take extensive measures to protect your data, no system is 100% secure. We encourage you to use strong, unique passwords and enable all available security features on your account.
